Die SVK wird von den Vertragsparteien des Landesmantelvertrages für das Schweizerische Bauhauptgewerbe (LMV) während der jeweiligen Vertragsdauer eingesetzt. Ihr Ziel ist, einen wirkungsvollen, effizienten und kompetenten Vollzug des LMV auf gesamtschweizerischer Ebene sicherzustellen. Die wesentlichen Tätigkeiten, die zur Erreichung dieses Ziels notwendig sind, finden Sie unter Auftrag.
Die Geschäftsstelle der SVK in Zürich beschäftigt sich täglich mit unterschiedlichen Themen im Zusammenhang mit dem Vollzug des LMV. Hier stellen wir uns Ihnen gerne vor.

NEWS: Neuer LMV 2026: Die Verhandlungsdelegationen der Sozialpartner haben sich am 12. Dezember 2025 auf einen neuen Landesmantelvertrag (LMV 2026) geeinigt. Dieser wurde von der Delegiertenversammlung des Schweizerischen Baumeisterverbandes sowie den Berufskonferenzen der Gewerkschaften Unia und Syna bestätigt. Der LMV 2026 beinhaltet diverse materielle Veränderungen gegenüber dem LMV 2023.
NEWS: Umzug SVK: Die SVK Geschäftsstelle hat per 1. Januar 2026 neue Büroräumlichkeiten an der Sumatrastrasse 15 in Zürich bezogen. Die neuen Büroräumlichkeiten befinden sich gleich gegenüber der früheren Geschäftsstelle an der Weinbergstrasse 49 in Zürich.
